When is the election?

Early voting is from October 14th -29th, and the General Election will take place on November 3rd, 2020. To learn more about voting in Shelby County, visit the Shelby County Election Commission here.

How do I update my voter registration information?

How will COVID-19 change in-person voting?

The Shelby County Election Commission is taking many steps, including implementing social distancing, frequent sanitization, and more, to ensure the safety of all voters. You can see the full COVID-19 Voting Plan by clicking here.

Where can I see MY ballot?

Easily view your ballot by using the GoVoteTN app, an app provided by the Tennessee Secretary of State. This app is available for both Android or Apple products. Download the app by going here.

What positions are up for election in Germantown?

There are three Alderman positions as well as three School Board positions up for election in Germantown this year. All residents of Germantown are eligible to vote for all three Alderman positions as well as all three School Board positions regardless of where you live in the city.
